Most hot honey brands use pasteurized honey heated to extreme temperatures, then dilute it with distilled white vinegar and salt. The health-forward nature of honey is stripped away, turning a superfood into little more than flavored syrup.
As a cook who refuses to eat bad food, I knew we could do better.
That's how The Sizzle: Spice of Life was born. I approached spicy honey with a chef's mindset: Flavor first. Heat second. Health always. Instead of simply adding more or less of one pepper, each heat level is built with its own unique pepper profile—selected for both taste and functional support. We never use refined fillers or distilled white vinegar. When vinegar is used, it is raw apple cider vinegar, chosen intentionally to align with our wellness standards.
